We cover news about Indian YouTubers and the creator economy.
India has millions of content creators. YouTube alone has changed how people earn, build audiences, and run businesses from their phones and bedrooms. But when we looked around for a dedicated news source covering all this from an Indian lens, we couldn’t find one that did the job well.
Foreign tech blogs missed the local context. Entertainment portals treated creators like celebrity gossip fodder. Nobody was doing proper journalism for this beat.
So we decided to do it ourselves.
The stuff we write about
Indian creators big and small. Channel growth, subscriber counts, viral clips. Policy shifts from YouTube that change how people earn money. The business behind brand deals. Controversies when they happen, reported with facts instead of screenshots and speculation.
We also pay attention to the quieter stories. A monetization rule that hurts small channels. A new feature rolling out that nobody explained properly. Trends that tell us where this whole industry might be headed.
Who reads us
Creators who want to stay informed. Viewers curious about the people they watch. Marketers and brands trying to understand this space. Journalists looking for a reliable starting point. Basically anyone who thinks the creator economy deserves serious coverage.
Independence matters to us
No creator manages what we publish. No brand approves our stories. No agency has a say in our editorial calls. Paid promotions get labeled clearly so you always know what you’re reading.
